SHREYAS GRAMIN BANK OPENS “FINANCIAL LITERACY CUM CREDIT COUNSELLING CENTRES

Aligarh,October 18,In tune with the Annual Policy Statement of RBI for the year 2007-08, Shreyas Gramin Bank, Aligarh have opened

FINANCIAL LITERACY CUM CREDIT COUNSELLING CENTRES

at it’s Head Office, ALIGARH, and at it’s Regional Offices at ETAH and AGRA. The centre is dedicated to educating the weaker sections of the society about the benefits of Financial Inclusion/ Financial Services, which has impact on the economic conditions of the people and also on the economic growth of the country. The centre would also make people aware of various loan/deposit schemes of the bank, educate them on the benefits of Micro Savings and Insurance, help them in opening savings bank accounts, build awareness regarding the various financial services/ products rendered by the bank, and would receive loan applications from the weaker sections borrowers and send them to the concerned branches. In short the centre would act as a single window counter for the weaker sections of the society for all their banking / financial needs.
